What counts as a device?
Any shared device running the BlueFletch agent: rugged handhelds, tablets, kiosks. Workers are unlimited; you pay for devices, not people. A fleet of 1,000 scanners shared by 6,000 associates is 1,000 devices.
Do you charge per user?
No. Shared devices mean the user count is always several times the device count. Charging per user punishes the exact deployment model we exist to support.
What about volume discounts?
Per-device pricing steps down in tiers starting at 200 devices. The savings calculator shows your exact number, or ask on the demo call.
Is there a trial?
Pilot deployments run on a store or site's worth of devices with full functionality. Most customers pilot for 30 to 60 days before rolling out.
